Ashley Olsen in The Row
When the weather gets cold the leather comes out. Technically not always the case if you are a bold person. Leather pants have really become a year round thing now. Who really needs a reason to wear leather pants though? It just takes a person who dares to wear it during the warmer weather.
Ashley Olsen was spotted at the Christian Louboutin Cocktail Party at Barneys in New York City. She wore a pair of The Row Pintuck Leather Motorcycle leggings with a Chanel jacket and some Louboutin Mikarani flats. I like the detail of these leggings. New Style by The Row
I think I just fainted a bit. I have been waiting for Mary-Kate and Ashley to come out with their Smashton pants in denim from The Row. When I saw these, chimes went off in my head, I was just so happy to see them. They are the closest thing to their Maxfields jeans as it gets.
They feature a crotch-zipper, trouser pockets, and the ankle-zips just like those amazing jeans. I do wish that there were some welt back pockets. I think those would make them perfect. The only difference from their personal pair is that these come in a lighter wash. Maybe since their Maxfields have pretty much ran their course these will start to get some sightings on the sisters. The Row Spring 2012
Here is a little preview of The Row Spring 2012 collection. It is amazing how far they have come from just looking for the perfect t-shirt. Going the complete opposite of last season, The Row had no fur this time around.
They showed looks of, what I call, luxury lounge wear, as well as some great dresses. My favorite pieces would have to be the appliqued trousers above. Something about them is just so intriguing. The little petals are just a great detail that is rarely seen in new york. I also think the tassel dress is a great one. You can click on the images below to see some of the looks.
Mary-Kate Olsen in Custom Made Jeans By Maxfields LA
Mary-Kate Olsen came out to support friend Vanessa Traina on her new collection with French label Maje along with sister Ashley. She wore her second skin, seriously these don’t come off her legs, her Custom-Made Jeans By Maxfields LA.
Mary-Kate and Ashley recently did a spread for the new issue of Vogue Magazine (Rihanna is on the cover). I wonder when or if they will also grace the cover. They had some funny things to say, like a reason why they are the shortest in their family (being twins they had to split the height) to their closets. Ohh…to have the shopping budget of an Olsen.
