Carey Mulligan was spotted out and about in New York City with rumored boyfriend Eddie Redmayne. Carey was wearing her favorite pair of jeans, her Textile Elizabeth and James Debbie jeans in True Blue. This time she decided to pair them with some oxfords instead of the usual Cami boots that she was spotted wearing many times with them.
I am still a huge fan of this wash. It is just such an amazing dark blue. The subtlety of the fading gives them some depth so they won’t be just a plain dark blue. I also like that Carey added her own personal touch with the tear.
Looks like Carey Mulligan’s Textile jeans are finally showing some wear. She was once again spotted wearing the Debbie jeans in True Blue as she made her way through security at LAX Airport. I wonder if the tear was intentional or an accident. She has worn them many times that it can go either way. She also chose to wear these jeans with the Cami Boots as well.
Carey must be excited about her new role as Daisy Buchanan in the new adaptation of The Great Gatsby. It was rumored that Carey was up against Blake Lively and Amanda Seyfried for the same role. I think Carey will do a great job in the movie. I think she is a great actress.
I love Carey Mulligan, but I am happy to see another celebrity wearing jeans by Textile Elizabeth and James. This time we spotted fellow Brit, Cheryl Cole, wearing a pair from the brand. She was spotted wearing the Patti low-rise boyfriend-fit jeans as she made her way to tape X-Factor in London.
I like Cheryl’s whole look here, minus the hat, I can do without it. At first I was a bit apprehensive when I first saw these jeans on her but looking at them more I actually like the fit on her. Cheryl has such great style that she can make anything work. The wash of these is also amazing. Textile has really come out with some great blue tones this season. The trouser trend isn’t just for wide-legs and flares, they also come in skinny styles as well. So if you aren’t so into the the flared trend this fall but love the trouser look, I think these will fill your void.
These skinny trousers are by Textile Elizabeth and James. They are called the Iggy jeans and come in a Blue/Black Wash. I think they are great for everyday wear for both in the professional and casual setting. They mock the look of trousers but they are denim that come in a dark clean wash and will look great cuffed.
