Celebs in Denim: Kristen Stewart in Double Denim
Here we go again, more double denim and again with non-matching colors of denim. Out after another extensive work week, the cast of “Twilight: Eclipse” was spotted grabbing food and drinks at Miko Sushi in Vancouver, Canada and Kristen Stewart was wearing a blue denim jacket with black jeans. Everybody was there – including rumored couple, Robert Pattinson, Ashley Greene, Taylor Lautner, Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Jackson Rathbone, and new cast members, Xavier Samuel and Bryce Dallas Howard.

Celebs in Denim: Taylor Lautner in Diesel
Twilight star Taylor Lautner, seemed very happy at LAX as he smiled away to the photographers. He is wearing his Diesel Poiak 8SV which he has been spotted in before. I’m wondering if he is going to be the next Zac Efron? He’s already got a tonne of screaming girls for his fan base and he’s working his way onto the skinny fitting Diesel’s… I have to be honest though, he’s not quite got the hang of matching his shoes, I’m not a fan of his lace ups with this dressed down outfit. Taylor just finished his new movie Valentines Day with Taylor Swift as well.

Denim at the Teen Choice Awards 2009
Did anyone catch the Teen Choice Awards 2009 last night? It was held at Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California. There was denim! Taylor Lautner sported a pair of J Brand Denim Co. Jeans and picked up the award for Choice Movie Fresh Face Male!
Zac Efron wore a pair of dark blue jeans, he won the Choice Movie Actor Award for comedy in 17 Again and Choice Movie Actor for music/dance awards!
Miley Cyrus also attended and performed her song Party in the USA on stage! She wore an Enza Costa Rogue Rip Baseball tank and Christian Louboutins and won 4 awards! Choice Movie Actress for Music/Dance, Choice Movie Hissy Fit for her role in the Hannah Montana Movie, Choice TV Actress for comedy and Choice Music Single for her song ‘The Climb‘.
Kristen Stewart was another who took the limilight in a Rock & Republic Roma Dress with spikes, this dress will be available to buy in September exclusivley at the new R&R boutique on Robertson. Kristen also picked up the Choice Movie Actress Drama award.
Vanessa Hudgens looked absolutely stunning in her purple dress, so did Ashley Tisdale in a gorgeous dress designed by Used/Unused and spiked Christian Louboutin shoes. Hayden Panettiere was another celeb sporting Christian Louboutins and a Zac Posen pink dress.
Robert Pattinson kept his usual scruffy style in a pair of grey jeans which look to be Dior Homme, Nike shoes and a check shirt, I’ve never been a fan of his style but he got given the Choice Male Hottie award and Choice Movie Actor Drama for his role in Twilight.
Megan Fox and Shia LaBeouf also picked up some Surfboard Awards, Megan, receiving the Choice Summer Movie Star Female award for Transformers 2: Revenge of the fallen and Choice Female Hottie. Shia got awarded the Choice Summer Movie Star Male award for Transformers 2: Revenge of the fallen.
Ed Westwick was another celeb who sported denim, he cuffed his jeans at the bottom, almost looking like capris… Anyway he got given the Choice TV Villain award for his role in Gossip Girl. Chace Crawford also wore jeans to the event, he won Choice TV Actor for is role in Gossip Girl.
The Jonas Brothers were also a huge hit at the Teen Choice Awards 2009, picking up 4 awards!! Choice TV Actor Comedy, Choice TV Breakout Show, Choice Music Album and Choice Red Carpet Fashion Male Icons, I wonder what they are going to do with 4 surfboards?
Britney Spears looked great as well, she picked up The Ultimate Choice award and Leighton Meester, wow I love her stripey dress and red shoes, it’s the perfect outfit! She won Choice TV Actress Drama for her role in Gossip Girl. Kim Kardashian even went blonde for the event! Selena Gomez also won the Summer TV award.

Celebs in Denim: Emma Roberts in Genetic Denim
Emma Roberts was wearing a pair of grey Genetic Denim skinny jeans, on the set of her new movie Valentines Day. Her co-stars Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift are starring as boyfriend and girlfriend in the movie. Emma is also wearing a Monrow Vintage Inspired Zip Up Hoody. How lucky she is to be a long side Taylor Swift, she is such a talented girl. Apparently Emma is always seeing paparazzi snaps of herself looking silly, she is oblivious to them being taken!

J Brand, not just for girls!
With their great fit, trendy styles and quality craftsmanship, J Brand has become a wardrobe staple, especially in female celeb closets. The brand recently relaunched a men’s line under the name J brand denim company. The men’s line will feature everything that is great about J Brand, but is specifically a men’s jean, one that doesn’t look exactly like the women’s styles. The line has a strong vintage influence, as Sean Hornbeak, the director of the men’s division stated, ” What draws me to aged denim is its timelessness, classic aesthetic, and every vintage jean has its own fingerprint with its wear and its own story.” The line features three cuts, slim straight, relaxed straight and bootcut, in a a variety of washes. Male celebs are already jumping on the bandwagon, like Taylor Lautner, who wore the “Kane” (which is the slim straight leg style) to the MTV Movie Awards. Disney star Selena Gomez was snapped by the paps with her bodyguard as she leaves Starbucks in Vancouver. She is wearing a pair of Paige Premium Denim Skyline Peg jeans in McKinley, she has been seen in these twice this week! Selena was also spotted with New Moon’s Taylor Lautner, I wonder if they are dating? Taylor is wearing a pair Diesel jeans in 8SV wash.
