Rag & Bone jeans
A new month means some new styles that have caught the attention of us writers. There are so many to choose from, but we selected our ‘Top 5′ for this month and we think you readers will love them just as much as we do. From classic styles for men to detailed patchwork pairs and more for the ladies, there is an array of different styles to choose from. Check out all of the choices below.
Johnny Galecki stopped to take some pictures before heading in to tape the Late Show with David Letterman in New York. The Big Bang Theory actor wore the Denim Jacket with Leather Sleeves in Clean Sheffield by Rag & Bone with some grey trousers.
This is a sighting that I never would have expected to see together. A leather sleeve denim jacket just never seemed like something Johnny would wear in my opinion. Maybe I am just tainted by Leonard’s style on Big Bang Theory. Would you have thought to see him in this jacket? You can click here to purchase this jacket from Barneys for $595.
There have been very few blue jeans this season that have been attention grabbing in my opinion. Most have stuck to clean singular colors, which have nothing wrong with them, just lacking a component to make them stand out. Strange coming from the person that loves his black denim. One pair that definitely does and will probably always have that luster is the Oil Stain Skinny by Rag & Bone. The style still has that classic versatile appeal without sacrificing any interesting details, which is why I chose to style them in three different classic ways for this post.
Blue, white and black is probably my most go-to color combination whenever I wear blue jeans. It always feels fresh each and every time and still looks crisp. I kept everything simple with a t shirt by R13, a bag by Proenza Schouler and boots by Isabel Marant. I then wanted to add some more texture to the look and print to keep it from looking plain with a scarf by Zara.
I love that Christina tailored these jeans to fit her petite form. The length is just perfect on her and even the slimness of the taper is right. Usually when jeans are hemmed with the original hem, they tend to stay wider at the bottom, but these still have the look as though they are at their original state. I do wish she had the same tailoring idea with her jacket. The sleeves could have been taken up an inch…or few. You can click here to purchase these jeans from Shopbop.
