Zac Efron was spotted going to a meeting in Santa Monica, California and later getting a drink at Jamba Juice. I noticed that Zac seems to love his dark denim. He has many different brands that have very similar dark washes. But I guess he prefers fit over wash and you can never go wrong when choosing a dark blue wash.
I like his look here. The jeans are a really great fit on him. The outfit also looks relaxed with the khaki button down and two-toned Vans. I also like that he is branching outside his Diesel’s and Nudie’s. The brands are great, but it is nice to see him try different brands recently, like Levi’s and these rigid SPURR jeans. Zac was also spotted in these before at the Charlie St. Cloud press junket in Marina Del Rey, California.
Ed Westwick takes a break from filming Gossip Girl and grabs a meal in Hollywood. He displayed quite a bit of chest hair. Apparently Ed’s chest hair is a running joke with his Gossip Girl co-stars, Penn Badgley said, “I envy his chest hair, ’cause they make me shave my chest for the show,” while Chace Crawford jokingly called it a ““Velcro patch of chest-hair.”
Ed accessorized his revealing tee-shirt with a pair of gray Levi’s and red lace up boots. Ed has been seen wearing Levi’s quite a number of times. He seems to prefer the vintage washes so they look perfectly worn in, quite a different look from Chuck Bass!
It seems like everyone is collaborating with Levi’s recently. From big names such as Jean Paul Gaultier, House of Holland to more affordable lines like Opening Ceremony and Obey. This time the collaboration is with another classic brand, Brooks Brothers. These iconic brands have been a staple by most for over a century. Brooks Brothers Chief in Merchandising, Lou Amendola, has said it herself “For generations, nothing has conveyed the image of iconic American style more than a pair of Levi’s jeans worn with a Brooks Brothers button-down shirt…” So it is only natural that they came together to come up with these great denim pieces.
The jeans will come in three fits. The ever classic 501, 505, which is the zip-fly version of the 501, and what I think is one of the new iconic fits 514, which is a slim straight fit. You can never go wrong with those fits. All of these jeans will be manufactured in Los Angeles and retailing for $148. They are now available nationwide at Brooks Brothers stores and online at the BrooksBrothers website.
