Katy Perry in Bleulab and Russell Brand in Balmain

Katy Perry and her husband Russell Brand were snapped cycling around New York City together yesterday. This weekend is their first wedding anniversary so they enjoyed some time together. The time has flown by! It doesn’t seem like they have been together a year already!

Katy chose to wear a pair of Bleulab Detour leggings in French Chalk with Plum Coating while Russell favoured his Balmain skinnies. I own these Bleulab jeans and I can see why Katy chose them for a day of cycling. They are super comfortable and really easy to move in. I also love that she matched her scarf to the jeans! Kanye West in Double Denim

Kanye West was on stage alongside Katy Perry (in Atelier Versace) to accept their award at the MTV Video Music Awards for the song E.T. Kanye wore his favorite Levi’s jeans with the ombre denim shirt that looks like it can be from the 3.1 Phillip Lim Men’s 2012 Spring collection, but I am not too sure.

I think the washes of denim work really well together. That shirt is so amazing. I love the way the classic denim shirt gets reinvented each season. It looks fresh, yet it still has the vintage aesthetic that a denim shirt will never lose.

Russell Brand was spotted leaving an AA meeting with some friends in Beverly Hills, California. Russell wore his black Balmain jeans again. Looks like Russell has bulked up quite a bit. I wonder if it was a request from wife Katy Perry. Russell is such a character, I feel like he turns everyday into a fun day.

Russell recently had some trouble in Japan. The country recently deported him for past issues on his record. I find this to suck. Japan is truly one of the best places to be (never been). The place just looks so magical. You can click here to purchase these jeans at Barneys for $1,720.

Kanye West in Balmain Homme in E.T. Music Video

Kanye West was once again sporting a pair of Balmain Jeans. This time it was a pair of the silver leather pants while floating around in a spaceship in Katy Perry’s new video, E.T. I wonder what Kanye’s denim/pants closet looks like? I would love to raid that.

I’m still interested in seeing how his tour outfits will turn out. I wonder if the fashion house is still making custom pieces for the show? I mean…he was shunned at the Balmain show this season. Either way I’m sure Kanye will make a presence on the stage. He never seems to shy away from that.

Russell Brand in Neil Barrett

Russell Brand picked up wife Katy Perry after appearing on a taping of Oprah’s show. Katy tweeted about flying in from her tour in Vienna. She performed on the show with the members of Staten Island’s PS 22 Chorus, who had preformed at the Oscars the previous evening. I’ll admit that at first I thought these two were quite an odd pairing but it looks like Russell is really supportive of Katy!

Russell wore his Neil Barrett waxed denim jeans, white Converse sneakers and a track jacket. I agree with Jonathan’s opinion of these jeans. They look like they have so many great details! You can buy them for $540 here.

Alessandra Ambrosio wears a pair of Work Custom leggings as she struts her stuff across the streets. Her leggings are Work Custom’s Maba Leggera in Neo Black. She wore them with leather boots, a white tee which she tied at the waist and a fur vest. Only a supermodel could pull off this look!
