Charlize Theron was photographed while having lunch with a friend before heading to the grocery store to pick up some groceries. Charlize wore a denim skirt which looks identical to the old Rock & Republic Scorpion denim skirt from years ago. She paired it with a black sweater and Louboutin studded flats.
We’ve seen more and more denim skirts popping up in designer collections, and now more celebrities like Katie Holmes and Charlize are starting to catch on to the trend. I imagine that this trend is going to pretty popular by next spring. What do you think of Charlize’s skirt? Do you like the utility pockets?
Katie Holmes was photographed while catching a cab after dropping her daughter Suri off at school. Katie wore a pair of Koral Jet Front Zip jeans in 8 Months with a green sweater and Rag & Bone booties.
I think the fit on these is incredible on Katie and they look like they were made for her. I also like how the lighter wash looks perfectly worn in, as though she’s had them for ages. I would love to see her try one of the higher rise styles from the brand. You can buy Koral jeans online from Shopbop.com.
It’s always interesting seeing the different denim that Katie wears. She has such a wide collection, from skinny jeans and flares, to denim jackets and even denim dresses and skirts. It’s amazing! What do you like seeing Katie wearing? You can buy this denim jacket online at Shopambience.com for $269.

Katie Holmes was photographed last week taking her daughter Suri to school in New York City. She walked back home listening to some music. It was quite funny though as while on her way to her apartment, a NYC Police Officer recognized her and said hello.
For the day, Katie wore her Acne Flex skinny jeans in Atlantis again, this time with a grey blazer with elbow patches and some jeweled sandals. I think I definitely prefer this outfit to her previous one, it’s more tailored and structured. I think Katie’s style is really starting to evolve again! Buy these jeans online from Acne for ┬ú180.
