It seems as though Paisley is going to be one of the newest trends in printed denim. Both Stacy Keibler and Jamie King have been seen in Citizens of Humanity’s Morris Print jeans. Stacy wore the print on a pair of shorts with boots and a red blazer while Jamie wore the skinny jeans with a graphic tee and boots. Who do you think wore it best?

Supermodels and celebrities alike can’t get enough of Paige Premium’s Verdugo denim jeggings, they’ve been popular for the past couple of years but have definitely gained some new fans this year!  Miranda Kerr, Gwen Stefani, Rachel Bilson and Poppy Delavigne all opted for red pairs, which they each dressed up in their own ways. Ashley Tisdale has worn her gray pair a few times, once with a lace blouse and booties, and another with a simple tee shirt and flats.  Kate Moss, Courteney Cox and Kylie Minouge have all also opted for gray pairs, Kate and Kylie kept theirs casual, while Courteney wore hers with a silky blouse and heels.  Jamie King wore her dark blue pair on the red carpet with an embellished shirt and blazer. Jamie King was spotted at the grand opening of the Lexington Social House in Los Angeles, California. The former model wore a pair of Paige Premium Verdugo Jeggings in Super McKinley. I’m not much of a fan of blazers buttoned, but it does seem to go with the look here.

Remember when Jamie King was called James King? I have to say that I prefer her name during her modeling days, James. It added a uniqueness that made her stand out more. Over the weekend, Rachel Bilson spent some time with her mother. The two were seen picking up some groceries. Rachel recently received some good news, her show, Hart of Dixie, was picked up for next fall. Rachel plays a doctor alongside Jamie King in the dramedy.

Rachel looked casual in a denim on denim outfit. She wore an AG Adriano Goldschmied distressed denim jacket with black ankle zip skinny jeans. She also wore a pair of earrings from Kate Bosworth’s online site, JewelMint. The Olsen twins have also teamed up to create a similar website, featuring their fashion picks, called Stylemint.

Originally, I was not a huge fan of denim jackets, but once I started seeing celebrities in motorcycle jackets I knew I wanted one. I loved this version from Current/Elliot but it was sold out. I saw Gap‘s Biker Denim Jacket on celebrities like Jessica Alba and Jamie King and thought it looked like a great alternative. When I went to try it on (and saw the price, under $50!) I fell in love with it!

The first thing that drew me in was the fit. It’s a cropped version without being too short. It looks great layered over dresses, tees or tunics and hits just above the hipbone. (I’m 5’11″ and purchased the medium and have my hands on my hips in the photos below) The back has seaming, which makes it a nicely fitting jacket, laying close to the body.

The denim itself is very comfortable, it’s soft and not too stiff but still holds shape in the shoulders and front zip. The attention to detail was really what sold me. The jacket itself is a light blue wash, which is perfect for spring and summer. All over there is subtle fading and shredding but is not over the top. The hardware is brass which complements the blue really nicely. My favorite part is the zippers and snaps. The front zips on a diagonal (true motorcycle style), there are also zippers on the pockets and sleeves. The shoulders also have two snaps and there is one across the front as well.

Both the color combination and the hardware makes it perfect for any outfit. I like wearing it over a floral dress to toughen it up. The sleeve zips make it easier to roll the sleeves up for a more casual look over a pair of slacks. Either way, I wear it almost weekly, and it gets softer with each wear!

After the successful launch of  the Gap 1969 denim concept store, the Gap did it again! This time they invited celebrities to come shop and try out the brand’s latest looks at the West Hollywood Store. Sarah Michelle Geller, Kate Beckinsale, and Eva Longoria all showed up to shop and try on Gap’s new looks!
