Kate Moss was spotted leaving her favorite hotel in Paris, The Ritz, to head over to a shoot. She has been spending a lot of time in Paris lately. It seems like we spot her there at least once a week. She wore a pair of the Isabel Marant Pliro Low-Rise Cropped jeans. I love these jeans, I think they are great. They have many trends put together, but they all work well because they are all subtle. I also like that Kate wore these fitted.
I also love that she wears cropped styles. I just like the way they look on her. Plus, combined with the striped and motorcycle trend, I think these are perfect. You can click here to purchase these jeans at Net-A-Porter for £280.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is rocking another great look. I just love her style. She was spotted after having some dinner at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills, California with boyfriend Jason Statham. She wore her favorite brand, JET. She chose the Hippie Faded skinny jeans for this date.
It looks like this is the first time Rosie has put these on. The tear at the knee still looks to be untarnished. I have to say though…I do like these a bit worn in and torn a bit more. Much like how Kim Kardashian has transformed hers. You can click here to purchase these at Singer22for $198.
Gisele Bundchen graces the most recent issue of French Vogue shot by Inez & Vinoodh. In the shoot, which makes me think of The Motorcycle Diaries (great movie, highly recommend it), Gisele looks to be backpacking through St. Barts.
The looks in the shoot consisted of clothing by Vivienne Westwood, Roberto Cavalli, Michael Kors, Donna Karan, Isabel Marant, and some more. You can see Gisele wearing a pair of white, ripped Hudson jeans above and a high-waisted pair by Diesel below. It would not be an Emmanuelle Alt shoot without denim. You can check out more of the looks below.
Isabel Marant has just walked in Paris and it was loaded with denim this Fall/Winter 2011/2012 season. Many pieces from jackets and jeans were made of the fabric. The color palette itself also seemed to be inspired by the fabric. There were tons of blues everywhere in this collection.
The bottoms came in denim, as well as suede, in blues, whites, faded blacks and tons of patchwork. I do find the slouchy skinny fit of them to be a bit awkward. I think it may be the rise, just an inch lower and I think the looks would have been a bit better. For this season Isabel was inspired by South Western Native Americans. I have really been into the Navajo/Pendleton prints lately and it is great that it is featured here Marant style. I also get a ski feel with the bulkiness from the boots and jackets. You can check out the collection below.
