Katherine Heigl was spotted out and about in Hollywood, California joined by her former “Grey’s Anatomy” costar T.R. Knight and his boyfriend Mark Cornelsen. Katherine looked lovely in a white tank top with PRVCY jeans and brown flats. The trio appeared to be celebrating a very successful opening weekend for Heigl’s new romantic comedy “The Ugly Truth” costarring Gerard Butler. I can’t wait to see that movie!
