Hudson Fall 2011 Digital Campaign Premiere
On September 7th at 12 PM EST, Hudson will launch three digital campaign videos for their new fall campaign directed by Francesco Carrozzini. In the Andy Warhol inspired videos, muse and face, Georgia May Jagger, will star alongside the new face of Hudson, Patrick Schwarzenegger.
To view the videos, check out Hudson’s website (click here) or their Facebook page (here) on the premiere date listed above and here for their Twitter. The great part about this launch is that you can interact with the whole team that was involved with the campaign. So to interact with the team as well as the host of the Twitter Q&A, Modelina, all you have to do is use the hashtag #HUDSONF11.
Patrick Schwarzenegger for Hudson Jeans
Patrick Schwarzenegger has been tapped as the new face of Hudson jeans. The 17 year-old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger appears on billboards, shirtless, wearing a pair of Hudson jeans. This billboard is on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, California.
While the billboards are the first images released for the campaign, Patrick will appear in upcoming web and print ads for the Fall 2011 collection with Georgia May Jagger. Perhaps he will follow in Georgia’s footsteps and try his hand at designing for the brand as well.

Georgia May Jagger in Isabel Marant
Georgia May Jagger was seen walking around Notting Hill in London, England after having a lunch meeting back in May. I have had this post in drafts for a long time, I’ve been trying to figure out the brand of these jeans and we finally figured it out thanks to Jonathan.
I thought they might be her Hudson line but they are not as I checked with them. They are a pair of Isabel Marant skinny cords. I really quite like them, the print is pretty and they seem like a good fit! I would like to see Georgia on DenimBlog more actually, it would be nice to see her in her own jeans.

Go Behind the Scenes of Hudson’s Fall 2011 campaign with Georigia May Jagger
Georgia May Jagger is heading to New York City to shoot and promote Hudson jeans Fall 2011 ad campaign. Not only will she be starring in the campaign, she’ll be taking fans behind the scenes of the shoot with short film clips and tweets. Her videos will be posted using Instagram to Hudson’s Viddy channel as well as on Hudson’s twitter (@HudsonJeans) and Georgia’s (@GeorgiaMJagger).
Georgia-May Jagger Signs Jeans At Selfridges
Georgia-May Jagger was signing jeans from denim brand Hudson’s latest collection at Selfridges in London, England last week. I never knew anything about this event, I would have loved to attend and meet Georgia if I had known! She looks fantastic.

Hudson by Georgia-May Jagger
Hudson have turned to the daughter of Mick Jagger and the face of the brand, Georgia-May Jagger, and come out with a new line. Georgia-May will be designing her own collection for the brand called ‘Hudson by Georgia-May Jagger’. The new collection will be launching in Spring/Summer 2011 and will be a collaboration between Hudson’s Head Designer and Creative Director, Benjamin Taverniti and the effortlessly stylish British model, Georgia-May.
The collection is infused with the sexy insouciance of rock n roll chic. Inspired by the rebellious soul of London and the ease and freedom of California, the jeans are instantly iconic. Among Jagger’s inspirations were her mother’s vintage Wrangler jeans as well as rock icons, Guns & Roses. The capsule features five styles including the N.0 Slash, N.1 Axl, N.2 Guns, N.3 Georgia- ‐May, and N.4 Ayesha and in black, white, grey and blue washes, all in skinny leg openings for the rock n roll edge but a midrise to accommodate a wider range of body types.
Georgia did sketches and inspiration images and oversaw all elements of the capsule including materials, fit, wash, rise and inseam length, and pocket and trim details.
“My collection has a whole new cut, they are based on the style of jeans my mum wore in Texas in the 70′s. They are not high- waisted but they are a mid- rise which is great for us shorter girls and also very flatering on the hips and bum. We also are using new kinds of stretch denim fabrics exclusively developed for us which make them very comfortable. It was also really important that they be from a woman’s point of view so I asked all sorts of women – my mom and friends and family – for their input,” says Georgia.
“We are thrilled that Georgia wanted to play a design roll, in additon to being the face of the brand for the past three seasons,” says Hudson’s Chief Executive Officer Peter Kim, “She is a natural fit for us, being the daughter of a British rock star and an American supermodel, given with our Union Jack logo and L.A roots.”
The Hudson by Georgia-May Jagger collection will be sold in leading department and specialty stores domestically and internationally. It will also be sold online at HudsonJeans.com/GMJ from March 2011. How exciting! We also got the chance to ask Georgia about the collection ourselves. She seems very sweet!
DB: How would you describe the vibe of your line?
Georgia: Firstly can I say I love that you used the word vibe. Amazing. The vibe is sexy yet comfortable, a bit of rock and roll and a bit of cowgirl. I think there is a pair for everyone, each style comes in several colors ranging from bright white and blue, to grey and black.
