Here are 6 key pieces and a video from the new Fall 2012 Look Book from David Kahn. I think the velvety burgundy pants above are such a gorgeous colour, it’s so rich and pretty! It goes so well with the tan colour of the jacket too. I’ve also included some of the press release and you can see the video and gallery images below. What do you think?
Known for their inimitable fits and washes, David Kahn re-launched in Spring 2011 with designer Bryan Boone at the helm. Having spent over a decade working in the denim industry, Boone brings his vast knowledge of fabric sourcing and novelty wash development with him to David Kahn. Under Boone’s design direction, the brand focuses on fashion forward collections for the denim enthusiasts, highlighting innovative techniques and fresh details, while maintaining the quality fits and craftsmanship David Kahn has become known for.

Katherine Heigl was spotted out shopping with her mom and picked up a few things before heading back to her car. Over the weekend, Katherine was seen having lunch with her mom and sister before heading into a local craft store.
Katherine wore a pair of David Kahn Brenda Ankle jeans in Blue Ziggy with a aqua sweater. While I love the color combination of the blue and aqua, I think Katherine’s accessories (necklace and headband) are a bit too matchy-matchy, different colored or neutral accents would have been a better choice.

Elizabeth Banks covers the March 2012 issue of Women’s Health. In the inside photo (above) she wears a pair of David Kahn Brenda Slim Fit Skinny Ankle Jeans in Springsteen with a pretty red top. I think Elizabeth is very pretty in these photos!
David Kahn seems to be slowly gaining popularity though, it’s becoming a better known brand and more celebrities are opting to wear the jeans. Have any of you tried the brand yet?

Kristin Cavallari smiled and posed for photos while appearing on Good Day LA in Los Angeles, California last week. Kristin wore a pair of David Kahn Brenda Nikki skinny ankle jeans in The Fixx wash with a beautiful Magenta coloured shirt and taupe coloured heels. I absolutely love this outfit on her, it’s so classy and colourful, it’s perfect! I think it’s one of my favourite Kristin looks actually!

Here is a look at the new Holiday 2011 Look Book from David Kahn. They have quite a lot of different colours and washes throughout this collection. I love the camel coloured pair above and I like their new take on the cracked metallic jeans that they brought out with their first collection. They also have a python printed jean which I think really fits in with the trend right now. Snake print jeans seem to be getting really popular at the moment. What do you think of the new collection and are any of you a fan of David Kahn?

Star of Hellcats, Aly Michalka, was seen running some errands while out and about in West Hollywood, California last week. I’m still really sad that Hellcats was cancelled, it quickly became my favourite show and I loved every single episode! I hate it when shows get cancelled.
Aly chose to wear a pair of David Kahn Katharine Trouser jeans with a white t-shirt and bronze bag for the day. I actually really like this outfit on her. My only complaint is I think it would have looked a lot nicer with wedges, but I know if you are running errands all day then flats are a much more comfier choice.
