Citizens of Humanity
Kate Moss was spotted out and about in London. For the day out, the supermodel wore a pair of the Citizens of Humanity Avedon Slick Skinny Jeans in Axel with some python boots and her signature blazer over a silk button up and scarf.
I love that Kate mostly adds a subtle pop of color to her looks with her shoes. You won’t see her in a ton of colors at once on her off days, but the subtle pop like the burgundy here, I find, is a nice addition to her staple everyday pieces. Amber Valetta was spotted on her way out of the Bowery Hotel in New York. The supermodel paired together the Citizens of Humanity Rocket High Rise in Porter with a belt and boots from Saint Laurent. She then finished her look off with a classic Chanel bag.
I am happy to see these jeans out again. These along with the Rollins wash would have to be some of my favorites that Citizens of Humanity have ever released as they are styles that can completely change the everyday look. The way the wash is worn and put with the distressing, I find, adds great edge. How many of you have these styles in your closet? You can click here to purchase Citizens of Humanity from SHOPBOP.
Rita Ora was spotted making her way through Heathrow Airport to catch a flight to Los Angeles, California. The singer wore a pair of the Citizens of Humanity Corey Straight Leg in Bourbon with some platform Chelsea boots and a sweater. She then later took her sweater off to reveal a Madonna concert tee.
Seeing Rita in a pair of boyfriends by Citizens is quite a refreshing sight. We usually see her in vintage Levi’s almost exclusively and I find that Citizens do a great job with embracing that vibe with their Vintage Reserve collection. Chrissy Teigen was spotted out and about in New York. The model and television personality wore a pair of the Citizens of Humanity Rocket High Rise Jeans in Bombay with a white blazer and some nude sandals.
I am liking that we are starting to see lighter washed denim again. Medium and dark have been quite prominent lately, even for the warmer weather, but it seems like the ’70s trend of the Fall will carry on over in terms of wash.
