Citizens of Humanity
Jessica Biel was all smiles at the Think It Up event in Santa Monica, California. The actress wore a pair of the Citizens of Humanity Melanie High Rise Crop in Retro for the broadcasting to help fundraise for education.
This is an unexpected style to see on Jessica, in my opinion, but I think it looks great on her. The way she styled them was also something that I am a fan of because it is a new silhouette for her. It is always nice to see someone break out of their comfort zone from time to time. What do you think of these jeans on Jessica here? You can click here to purchase these jeans from SHOPBOP.
Rita Ora was spotted heading to a night out in Los Angeles, California. The singer wore her favorite Citizens of Humanity Corey Straight Leg in Bourbon with a chainmail halter top and some Tommy Hilfiger boots.
This look would somehow feel like too much for even a night out, but Rita somehow makes it not feel so risque and overexposed. I do think it was a great choice by choosing boyfriend jeans and the boots. They tame the overall look down quite a bit. What do you think of Rita’s look here? Here is a look at the new Fall 2015 Premium Vintage collection from Citizens of Humanity. The new collection kept in vintage theme with what the sub-collection is known for and vintage doesn’t always mean distressed and worn. For the Fall, they have dabbled into deadstock. Timeless and clean styles that were favorites of the Rockabillies.
You can expect to see the deadstock styles in straight fits and another Rockabilly favorite, a denim jacket. But they didn’t exclude those classic styles that they are known for. There are plenty of those slouchy and distressed pieces that they do best. You can see what will be coming from the Premium Vintage collection by Citizens below.
Since the Nocturne wash a few seasons back, I have been waiting for Citizens of Humanity to release a style that was just as amazing, or similar. Well they have a new style that is even better with their new On the Rocks wash.
The new wash is detailed in a faded black with mild distressing at the whiskering of the hips and blown out knees in my personal favorite cut from the brand, the Racer. With all the shredded styles in the market right now, a simple distressed jean like this definitely stands out and fits in with the new aesthetic of Citizens. How many of you are looking forward to trying out this new pair? You can click here to purchase these jeans from SHOPBOP for $238.
