Here are some images from the Topman and Burton Autumn/Winter 2012 press day last month in London. Again, this was part of the Arcadia group press day so there was not a huge selection. Topman (the first 4 images) did have quite a big amount of denim though! They had acid wash coloured jeans in burgundy and dark green and other pieces.

For Burton, they had a nice pair of jeans with a sandy wash as well as a denim jacket with a fleece lining which looked really nice. The Burton images are the last 2 in the gallery. You can see the denim images below. What do you think guys? Do you like the new styles or not?

Hannah Teter and Kelly Clark in Burton

Here is one for the ladies or men, Hannah Teter and Kelly Clark along with Torah Bright of Australia looked overjoyed as they accepted their wins for the Women’s Halfpipe Snowboarding at the Olympics. Both women wore Burton’s denim look snowboarding gear. Seeing Hannah’s reaction, I can’t imagine how amazing it must feel to win a medal.

Adding another Olympic gold metal to his collection, Shaun White was seen wearing Burton’s denim look snowboarding gear. It is cool to see the clothes on an actual person now. Are any of you watching the Winter Olympics this year?

Burton’s Denim Look Snowboarding Gear at the Olympics

Isn’t this cool to see? Vermont based snowboarding company, Burton, has designed snowboarding gear that looks just like denim for the US team at the 2010 Winter Olympics. These pants look just like denim but they are not. They are GORE-TEX®, a wind and waterproof material that will not affect the Olympians performance. It is for the US team, so of course the inspiration behind it came from the classic American style of the US. It is amazing what they can do now a days, it looks just like denim! Expect to see Olympians: Elena Hight, Mason Aguirre, Danny Davis, Kevin Pearce, Jack Mitrani, Luke Mitrani, Steve Fisher, Scotty Lago and Louie Vito wearing the gear during the Halfpipe competition. Check out the close up views, you will be amazed when you see them.
