Bar Rafaeli was pictured at a special and secret “independents day” (for Israel national independents day) party, which she arranged for her close friends, at central Tel-Aviv.

Bar wore a pair of Diesel Skinzee jeans with nude heels and a crisp white shirt for the day. It’s nice to spot a celeb in the Skinzee actually! I thought we would have seen more by now. You can read my review on the cut here.

Israeli model, Bar Refaeli, was spotted doing some shopping in St. Tropez, France yesterday. She looked simple and gorgeous in a basic outfit. I find Bar always looks amazing though, she never looks bad!

She chose to wear her Genetic Denim skinny jeans with flip flops and a plain white tank top finished off with Ray Ban sunglasses. Update! I should have gone with my instincts! I can confirm that these Tie Dye jeans on Bar are indeed Charley 5.0 denim leggings!

Bar Refaeli models a pair of tie-dye leggings by Rampage for the new 2010 ads. At first I thought, wow those are Charley 5.0 denim leggings, but what are they doing in Rampage?! These new Rampage leggings sure do look almost identical to the Charley 5.0 leggings we have seen Rihanna and Ciara wearing. They are very beautiful though and Bar looks gorgeous as always!
