New 7 for All Mankind ad campaign

Check out these new 7 for All Mankind ads from the March edition of Vogue.  Do you think the fact that many denim brands are now advertising in fashion magazines means they are hurting?  Just a thought - in the past, brands like Seven and True Religion were household names among denim fashionistas, but they never had to advertise…

The ads are nicely done, with the exception of the first one - which screams mom jeans just a little - don’t you think? Its the combination of the high waist, the front pockets/pleats, the 80’s looking belt, and the denim vest.  It’s just too much at once.  The other two are nicely done - outfits that work.
