Ashlee Simpson was spotted stepping out in New York City wearig 7 For All Mankind Denim Leggings.  Ashlee exited her Big Apple apartment to go to a candy store meet-n-greet in Times Square.  She looks like she had a blast too! Buy these jeans here.

    Those gummy leggings are great- my friend has ‘em and they’re so stretchy and comfortable! And they look great with anything. Although the leggings seem to fit perfectly, the haircolor may or may not be working for her.
