Rock & Republic has come out with a bunch of new washes – here are the good, the bad, and the what-the-hell-were-they-thinking! Your thoughts on the new washes?
Cosbie in Reaction Level Blue – Rock and Republic Official Store - this one is the “what-the-hell-were-they-thinking” wash! Rainbow, really?!?!
Berlin in Catalyst – Rock and Republic Official Store - this wash looks like a fake straight outta the 80′s!
Ruby in Cappio Classic Blue – Rock and Republic Official Store - Very 70′s but nice!
Vetter in Infinity Mix – Rock and Republic Official Store - I don’t love this one…
Kasandra in Society Blue – Rock and Republic Official Store - a bit light for my taste but not bad!
What do you think of these new designs?

Ex Supermodel Cindy Crawford was spotted in a sleek pair of J Brand skinnies at the Poppy Store Opening on April 15. I have to say she is looking quite amazing and could sell me a pair of J Brand Jeans any day. If only we could all age this well!
Pictured below with the ever adorable Reese Witherspoon who also attended the opening.
Back in February I was in New York, and I went on my first visit to Chinatown. The food was good, but other than that I couldn’t figure out why exactly I went – I was totally disgusted by all the fakes that line the streets. I am so happy to hear this happened! Maybe this will start to rid the market of just a few of those icky counterfeiters – if they keep this up, maybe denim fakes will start to go away too. They need to have stiffer penalties for these infridgements on copyrights and trademarks – seizing them is great, but the trademarker holders need to sue these people too and put them out of business so it can’t continue.
Yesterday morning, New York City police officers seized more than $1 million in knockoff accessories and fragrances bearing labels like Prada, Fendi, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry, Calvin Klein, and Coach.
Three buildings were raided on a block in Chinatown formed by Canal, Walker, and Centre Streets, which housed 32 storefronts illegally selling fake goods. According to Mayor Michael Bloomberg, this is one of the largest raids on trademark copiers in the city’s history, following a seizure of $45 million in counterfeit merchandise back in 2005.

Victoria Beckham Shows Up At Kitson To Promote Her Denim Line
Los Angeles, CA (CNS) – After Kitson’s owner Frasier Ross slammed Victoria Beckham’s non-appearance to promote her own denim line at his store, Posh Spice had made nice and showed up at the boutique Tuesday.
It had recently been reported that Ross had dropped Beckham’s pricey “dVb” denim line from his exclusive store after its sales failed to live up to expectations.
He had told News Of The World, “We asked her PR people so many times for her to appear but she didn’t. Celebrity lines are no different from an album or music tour. They have to be promoted to sell.”
Beckham must have heard the displeasure in his tone and promptly turned up at the boutique on Robertson Blvd. followed by a horde of photographers for a 15-minute shopping trip.
Her appearance had pleased Ross as he told OK! Magazine, “Our meeting went great and I hope we can get dVb back on track.”
