Here is the long awaited, brand new, Spring/Summer 2011 women’s Look Book for Diesel. They have some amazing new jeans this season and I’m pleased to say they have stepped up their game from a couple of the previous collections. I’ve been a long time fan of Diesel for years and in my opinion they have some amazing seasons and others not so good when it comes to washes.
The washes in this line are amazing! I’m loving the pastel skinny jeans with hints of colour in them, the depth to the blue washes, the new cuts which look super skinny all over and just the overall look. It looks fun and cheerful which is perfect for the Summer months! I’m glad to see they are still running Matic and Nevy, 2 of my favourite cuts! What do you think of the new styles?
Reese Witherspoon looked to be all smiles as she and her boyfriend, Jim Toth, did some shopping. Reese recently admitted that she Googles herself! She said that when she’s feeling down, she types her name into Google, but not with high expectations, “I know what I’m in for. You never read anything positive…You’re fat, you’re ugly, you’re tired, you’re worthless, you don’t have a career anymore, you’re a bad actor. It’s just an affirmation of every horrible feeling you have about yourself.” That’s so horrible!
Reese was wearing a pair of 7 For All Mankind Josefina jeans in Vintage California. She paired them with a simple black tee and green Lanvin flats. I always love how effortlessly put together she looks. You can buy Reese’s jeans at 7forallmankind.com for $198.00.
Alex Meraz was spotted making his way through LAX Airport in Los Angeles, California. He was wearing his favorite Diesel jeans for the flight. I wonder if he just arrived back from taping Breaking Dawn? I’m surprised to see that there isn’t much of a paparazzi frenzy up in Canada like the last few films.
Diesel makes such amazing washes. They are really at a standard of their own when it comes to washes. They have some really distressed worn out styles and then they have a clean pair like these on Alex. I prefer their more detailed pairs, just because that is what I associate with Diesel. Are you a fan of Diesel?
