I just came across this video of the new Editor-in-Chief of French Vogue, Emmanulle Alt. In the video Emmanuelle is being interviewed by Hilary Alexander at the Chanel Couture show. She states that though her style is rock ‘n’ roll, the magazine will not be all rock ‘n’ roll.
Also in the video, Hilary Alexander asked what she was wearing. Emmanuelle states what else but of course Balmain and vintage. But one thing came as a surprise, Topshop. She says she loves Topshop and that when she is in London she makes a bee line towards the store because they make the best jeans. This only comes as a surprise due to the fact that she is one of the masterminds behind the styling of Balmain and Isabel Marant. It is nice to hear that the Editor-in-Chief of French Vogue loves clothes no matter what the price is or brand. You can click here to purchase a pair of TopShop jeans for yourself. Lo Bosworth was spotted promoting her book, “The Lo-Down,” at Books and Books in Miami, Florida. She wore a very casual outfit of a sweater, heels, and a pair of the J Brand 901 leggings in Starless. These jeans seem to be the popular one when it comes to their leggings. It even seems to have replaced the ink wash.
The Hills cast seem to all have book deals lately. Or just MTV reality stars in general. All their books seem to all have the same genre, how-to/lifestyle books. Have you readers picked up any of the books from these stars? What are your thoughts on them? You can click here to purchase these jeans at JBrandJeans.
Kate Walsh attends the Planned Parenthood’s Birth Control Matters briefing at the LA W Hotel. Kate and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants star, Amber Tamblyn hosted the event.
For her hosting duties, Kate wore a pair of Citizens of Humanity flare jeans and a Stella McCartney jacket. Kate chose Citizens’ Angie super flare jeans in Moon River. I really like this outfit! These jeans have a great retro vibe but the jacket makes them look modern and polished. You can buy Kate’s jeans at Shopbop.com for $228.00.
