TV personality Stephanie Pratt took a trip to the new Artisan De Luxe boutique on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, California with a girlfriend to do some shopping a couple of days ago. Stephanie chose to buy a waxed button down shirt, a paint splattered vest and a baseball boyfriend tee all from the brand.
We did a post on Artisan de Luxe a little while ago and they have some really cute stuff! It’s good to know celebs are already stocking up on their products! Lets hope we see someone in their denim soon! They offer all types of clothing and jewellery and accessories. Have you been to the boutique yet LA readers? You can check out their site at http://www.artisandeluxe.com.
This is an update of the leather look/waxed denim trend you can see Part I by clicking here. The more I see this trend, the more I start to like it more and more. It is just amazing what they can do. Many brands are now coming out with their own styles. Some are even combining it with some of Fall’s biggest trends.
I am particularly fond of the Rich and Skinny Cargos in Slick Black. They would look prefect for night out with just a basic tank, skinny belt, and a blazer. The J Brand 912 in Venom (pictured on Sandra Bullock above) are also great. They look just like leather. Then there are their new Houlihans… they have come out with them in a wash called Stealth, which is a waxed black, that is sure to be spotted on some celebs. J Brand didn’t just combine it with the cargo trend for fall, but also with printed denim. They have a pair of waxed camouflage style jeans in their famous 901 Leggings fit.
They don’t just come in super skinny/legging styles either. Citizens of Humanity have come out the Joy Waxed wash in their slouchy skinny Edge fit and the Thompson, which is a high-waisted skinny. Rock & Republic have also come out with the trend in a straight leg style. So why opt for real leather when you can get the same look with these animal-friendly styles for a fraction of the price?

Kristin Cavallari was spotted hitting up a grocery store in West Hollywood wearing her J Brand jeans again. I really love her outfit here, she has such a great body for clothes, she makes the clothes look good!
In related news, Kristin’s mother was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol last month while Kristin (who also had been drinking) was a passenger in the car. DUI’s are never cool… don’t drive drunk peeps!! Buy J Brand jeans at Singer22 and Boutique To You.
