Jenna Dewan-Tatum was seen out and about in Los Angles this past week. Since Jenna’s show, The Playboy Club, was cancelled, it doesn’t look like IMDB has many other projects listed for her. Since she’s both a talented dancer and actress, I wonder which types of projects she’ll be concentrating on in the future?
Jenna wore a pair of Blank NYC spray on denim leggings in purple. I love the way she put this outfit together, I really think that her accessories complement the jeans really nicely. You can buy these Blank NYC jeans online for $88.
Lindsay Lohan recently wore a fabulous pair of Genetic Denim skinny velvet pants. Velvet pants are a perfect alternative to corduroy and a great way to add a little bit of dimension and flare to an outfit, especially during the upcoming holiday season.

I think Nicole wore these pants better here than our previous sighting of her in them. I actually really like the velvet with the leather. The different textures work really well together here. I think it has to do with it being a monochrome look. With leather flares, I think, the whole look has to be kept on the more simple side.
I got the chance to go to the Diesel Headquarters in London two weeks ago to see all of their new styles and learn more about the new direction they are taking the ladies collection in. Here are some photos from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection for both men and women.
The men’s collection is exactly the same, they haven’t changed anything except they have some new styles and washes like they do every season. They did have some really pretty washes there though. The washes are always what entice me when it comes to Diesel. I find they are experts in getting a really amazing colour and depth to their jeans. Sometimes they can bring out the most beautiful wash ever while other times they have normal shades.
The ladies collection is completely different now. Like I mentioned last week, the line is going in a new direction. They are only having 5 different cuts, soon to be 6, and those cuts are coming in different washes. The labels are different, they are more plain and the jeans are less embellished and branded. They are aiming for more simplicity and femininity. The shoes are all heels and sandals now and they are even doing maxi dresses. It’s changed a lot.
It’s very scary so I hope it does well for them. Luckily the Diesel strip on the coin pocket will always stay there. I know the guys are very fond of Diesel so let me know if you have any questions about the collection, like jeans or washes, and I will try and help you out. I also saw the Autumn/Winter 2012 collection which is even more amazing! I can’t share that with you yet though.
