We all knew denim was hot, but in Chanel’s recent fashion show for the 2008 lineup, Karl Lagerfeld showed us that he loves the versatility of denim. His show had lots of Americana influences with stars and stripes in a red, white and blue theme throughout the show. We love the high waisted jeans on the model to the right!

Karl is a genius, but I am not loving these looks. That cutout denim top is interesting lol. One piece of denim at a time is plenty imo. The tweed jacket and the jeans with a plain tee would be so chic though.
