Celebrities attended the William Rast for Target Launch. The launch took place at Factory Place in LA on December 11th. The event was attended by stars like Darren Criss and Chord Overstreet from Glee, as well as Ryan Kwanten (True Blood), Rachel Bilson and Minka Kelly.
