She’s always up to something! Miley Cyrus was spotted at a studio in Burbank with her mother Tish and bodyguard. The “Hannah Montana” hottie looked like she was ready for action as she geared up to rehearse for her upcoming tour. She’s wearing her Siwy Camilla cut offs in snowstorm again.
