Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were out in the Hollywood Hills showing off their new puppies. Are they ever not showing off something? I do have to admit I like Heidi’s smoky eyes and her entire outfit! Heidi is wearing J Brand 10″ Tie-Dye ankle jeans in Oz. The same ones that were just seen on Paris Hilton on the same day. You can but these jeans here at Singer22.
