OMG - sweetheart, watch how high you cut with the scissors! YIKES.

Britney Spears was spotted out and about in West Hollywood yesterday wearing super short denim shorts and dirty Ugg-type boots and no bra. And a bad weave. About the only thing she got right are the sunglasses, which aren’t too bad. Girlfriend needs some style HELP - her stylist ought to be fired for letting her leave the house looking like this! Can anyone I.D. the brand of her god-awful denim shorts?
