Mary-Kate Olsen was caught on her way out of Madeo Restaurant in Beverly Hills, California. She wore a pair of The Row Occayne Leather Pants. These pants look amazing on her. I love that they are skin-tight and have an inseam zipper.
I think this looks great, probably one of Mary-Kate’s best. That jacket is really amazing. The brown and the black together work really well. I also like that we are seeing a smile (a rare sight from an Olsen). You can click here to purchase these pants at Net-A-Porter for $1990.

Mary-Kate Olsen in Denim Leggings
Mary-Kate Olsen was caught leaving Bar Pitti restaurant after grabbing a bite to eat in New York. She gave both her Earnest Sewn and Maxfields jeans a rest and chose a simple black pair of denim leggings. She chose to pair them with some flat ankle boots and a fur/crocodile jacket. I love that Mary-Kate just pushes the boundaries with her style. She doesn’t care what people are saying and just wears what she feels like.
Also take a look at her rings. How sick are those? I think accessories are just as important as the clothes. They can really make a look that more interesting and stand out. I can really appreciate a look when it is accessorized right. Detail is everything.
Ashley Olsen in Earnest Sewn
Along with sister Mary-Kate, Ashley Olsen made a surprise appearance at the Nylon private dinner to help celebrate with sister Elizabeth for nabbing the cover of Nylon this month in New York. Ashley wore her custom fitted Earnest Sewn jeans again, which she cuffed this time, with a printed oversized baseball jacket.
I wonder if this means that we will start seeing Ashley in some more jeans. We have had quite a few Mary-Kate sightings and even a few of Elizabeth, but Ashley opts for easier clothing such as tank dresses or lounge pants. I would like to see her wear more jeans. Mary-Kate Olsen in Custom-Made Jeans by Maxfields LA
Mary-Kate Olsen was caught at JFK Airport arriving back in New York with sister Ashley. She wore her custom-made Maxfields Jeans again with a Balenciaga sweater. I just love that sweater. It makes me think of Bret from Flight of the Concords. Looks like they have gotten even more wear since our last sighting. The knees are really blown out now. I wonder if they’ll get another pair made for them again?
I wonder how Mary-Kate and Ashley are feeling about all the Oscar buzz around their sister Elizabeth. There is a ton right now surrounding her for her role in Martha Marcy May Marlene. Mary-Kate has been nominated for an Emmy before, but this would be the first Oscar nomination for an Olsen. Have any of you seen or will be going to see the thriller? What are your thoughts?
