Kanye West gave a slight smile as wife Kim Kardashian held onto him at the Rihanna Party in New York. The rapper wore his FEAR OF GOD Distressed Ankle Zip Jeans with a white button front and a pair of chelsea boots.
Kanye loves his distressed jeans and I am wondering if we will be seeing him in more styles by FEAR OF GOD before the release of the denim collection. I can definitely see the brand releasing black and grey takes of these that he will be a fan of. How many of you are looking forward to FEAR OF GOD’s denim line? Kanye West took the stage at the Closing Ceremony for the Pan Am Games in Toronto, Canada. The musician wore a pair of FEAR OF GOD Distressed Ankle Zip Jeans with a tie-dye sweater over a matching t shirt and his YEEZY 350 Boosts from his Adidas collaboration.
The details of these jeans are just amazing. I cannot find a single thing wrong with them and I’m excited to see what FEAR OF GOD will do with denim. If they are anything like this, they will keep to the heritage of denim with updated details. These aren’t yet available, but you can click here to purchase other pieces by FEAR OF GOD.
Kanye West was spotted heading to his ride after arriving into Los Angeles, California at LAX Airport. The musician wore a pair of FEAR OF GOD Distressed Ankle Zip Jeans from the label’s first line of denim that they just added. He paired the jeans with a Haider Ackermann hoodie and a his YEEZY 350 Boosts from his collaboration with Adidas.
I really like these jeans! They embody the heritage of jeans and even look as though they are a pair of jeans that Kanye would customize himself down to the hidden ankle zips at the inseam. I just think they are really well done from the authentic looking vintage selvedge wash to the natural looking tears throughout the jeans. Kanye West headlined Glastonbury on Saturday night, giving a 100 minute long performance to the crowd while wearing a custom triple denim look. He wore a bleach splattered denim jacket and jeans and also had another denim jacket around his waist at one point.
Like most of the critics, fans and media, I was disappointed by his performance too. I don’t feel like Glastonbury is the place for Kanye as his music doesn’t really fit in. It’s about crowd interaction, getting everyone involved, but Kanye didn’t seem to want to interact much. I couldn’t watch for too long as his newer music isn’t really my style unfortunately. I was a bit put off when he said that he was the greatest living rockstar on the planet too… But never mind, his triple denim outfit was cool!
