Hilary Duff was spotted leaving her hotel in New York. The singer wore a pair of the J Brand Stepped Hem Jeans in Graphite with some Golden Goose sneakers and a varsity jacket by Closed. She then finished her look off with bags by Proenza Schouler and Goyard.
The details on these jeans are ones that grow on me the more I see them. They are a very subtle take on the panel trend, yet it stands out as they are not just a side panel. Another thing I like about them is that the front and back panels are different heights. I find by doing it like this, the jeans actually don’t cut the leg off awkwardly. Hilary seems to really be a fan on these jeans lately, since we’ve seen her wearing them quite a bit. I tend to prefer her outfits when she keeps the look simple and lets the jeans be the star of the show, since they have so many great little elements. You can see how else she’s styled them before here and you can buy J Brand online at Singer22.com.
It looks like these have been broken in a bit more with wear and the shreds are more pronounced than the last time we saw her out in them. I would love to see her dress them up a bit more and style them with her Marant Poppy heels and a nice blouse. You can buy Rag & Bone online from Shopbop.com.
The always smiling Hilary Duff was spotted heading to her car after hitting the gym in West Hollywood, California. The singer wore a pair of the Rag & Bone Zipper Capri in Shredded with the Harrow boots also by the brand. She then finished her look off with a leather jacket by IRO, a Rails shirt around the waist and bags by Chanel and Goyard.
We usually see Hilary opt for a cuff when it comes to her jeans, but these hit her just under the ankle and I find it to be a nice change from her everyday look. The choice in pairing the look with tan is something that I am a huge fan of. It is one of those colors that can be worn with anything and really brings everything together.
