The Holiday season is almost over, but there’s still time to go to a few festive parties, especially around the new year! I’ve put together 5 different outfits which are suitable for any occasion, whether it’s a night out with the girls, dinner with the family, an office party or a glamorous ball, there’s something for everyone! Which look do you like the most?
The combination above is one that I love! I think women look fantastic in a suit and instead of going for black, burgundy is a fantastic option. It’s still really classic, but it looks striking at the same time. Keep it simple with a white blouse, a black belt and scarf, finished with some gorgeous black heels and a red lip. Don’t forget to keep it holiday inspired with the glitter clutch!
The New Year is just about to ring in in a couple of days and I’m sure all of you are planning your outfits already! Jonathan, Jennifer and myself have each put together a New Years Eve look suitable for the night, with denim included! We all hope you have a lovely end of the year and enjoy your 2015!
I wanted to do something from the typical black that is normally associated with the holiday, so I went for an all white look for the most part. I chose a pair of the Nudie Grim Tim in White as my choice in denim. I think they make some great jeans for men and seeing white from the brand is kind of fresh. I then chose a crisp white shirt by Zanerobe to pair along with them and some grey suede boots from ASOS. To finish the look off, I wanted to add a bracelet from LuvAJ and a watch by Nixon to elevate the look a bit more. Going for a look like this is definitely fresh and will definitely have you standout amongst the others.
For my New Years Eve look, I wanted to do something sparkly and appropriate, but instead of wearing jeans, I decided to include the denim in a Chanel denim bag. For the main part of the look, I chose this Topshop sequin bodycon dress to go with these Pretty Polly suspender tights and gorgeous Louboutin heels. To keep things festive, I added this New Years Hat and some festive jewellery. I can definitely see lots of people wearing something like this!
For my New Year’s Eve look, I chose to style these R13 X-Over jeans because I have loved the style for such a long time. My New Years this year will be pretty low-key and I’ll be spending it at a dinner party with friends, so I didn’t want anything over the top. But even though my plans are low key, I still wanted a look that was fun and festive. I chose this fun leopard printed sweater from Vanessa Bruno. For shoes, I liked the delicate cut out details from these Tabitha Simmons heels contrasted with the jeans. I accessorized with some gold and diamond hoop earrings from Lana and a bit of color from this emerald Margret Elizabeth ring. Lastly, I finished the look with this dark red color from YSL and a glass of Champagne!
As today is the holiday, I wanted to do a look that felt comfortable and chic at the same time. I chose the Black Orchid Amber Skinny Zipper Jeans in Ebony for the worn black wash it has. The wash is versatile and has an ease to it at the same time that I find really appealing.
I decided to keep the color palette pretty simple with a black a grey palette. I chose a shirt by R13 for its slouchy fit and a pair of Toga Pulla boots that instantly make any look cooler. Then to smarten it all up and bring in the feel of the season, a coat by Nomad and scarf by ACNE. How many of you are excited for today?
For my weekend going out look this week, as it’s the Holiday season, I thought it would be good to do something festive and really comfortable. You might be picking up some last minute gifts or popping out to a friends to watch a movie, so why not dress the part?
I chose these Current/Elliott Fling Mid Rise Boyfriend Jeans in Tattered Destroyed as I think they are perfectly worn in and comfortable! For the sweaters, depending on what your mood is, I opted for a Vero Moda Roll Neck Sweater to keep things subtle, or I chose a Reindeer Sweater if you want to spruce things up a bit more! Either work with this look! To finish it off, I chose the Sam Edelman Petty Booties for comfort and then a Santa hat, but you can switch it out for a beanie if you prefer! Which sweater and hat would you pick? I would definitely choose the festive option!
