Earlier this week, I went to go see BleuLab to preview their new Spring 2013 men’s collection. If you aren’t familiar with BleuLab yet, they are the brand that is famously known for the feature of being completely reversible. I was very intrigued to see what they would have and how the concept worked into their new men’s line.
As promised, here is the men’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection from Diesel that I saw at the press day last week in London. As mentioned previously, the press day was more female focused as that’s what they are pushing this coming season in terms of press (you can see the women’s collection here), but they did have a small section of men’s styles to view at the back.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of seeing the new Diesel Spring/Summer 2013 collection at their press day which was held at their headquarters in London. Battling the heavy rain and strong winds was worth it to see the new styles. Everything I saw was so different to what I am used to and it was such a refreshing change! This post features the women’s collection and there will be a men’s post to follow. As the press day was centered mostly around the women’s styles, there wasn’t a large amount of men’s on display, but there were some key pieces and styles which I will show in another post.
This week I headed to London to check out the brand new Spring/Summer 2013 collection from MiH. I did give you a sneak preview on social media of some of the styles on Wednesday, but here is the post with the majority of the collection.
When I walked into the showroom, I was pleasantly shocked actually. Everything that I was hoping for (yet not expecting since MiH is such a classic brand) was there! They had bright colours, pastels, paint splatters, ombre, colour blocking, Aztec and paisley prints, over dying and even a pair of leather pants! I was honestly suprised to see such a variety of denim from MiH as I’m so used to their classic blues and simplicity, it was so refreshing! They also had a few jump suits/boiler suits as well, those were definitely different!
My favourites would definitely have to be the blue colour blocked jeans, those were really cute and interesting, followed by the red over dye, the bright orange and pink skinnies and the paisley print. I could see myself wearing all of those styles and loving them! They did have plenty of shirts and t-shirts in their SS13 collection too, even those were more adventurous and bright. I think this is almost a turning point for MiH, I am even more excited to see what other new styles they might come out with now! What do you think? You can see the images in the gallery below.
