Here is a new style by Earnest Sewn. They are the Newport jeans to coincide with the launch of their new store in Newport Beach. They are a micro flare that come in an Overdye Black wash. These are very on-trend. Black flares are definitely becoming more prominent in the market.
Earnest Sewn has also brought back the concept of their debut season, The Golden Ticket collection. They have sent out 50 limited edition pieces that feature a 24K gold button. This concept won’t just last a season like last time. It will continue for every season here on after. So how many of you readers are going to go on the hunt for these limited edition pairs?
Fresh off of the success from their Current/Elliott collaboration, Marni will debuting a full women’s denim line. The line will capture Marni’s aesthetic with quirky details such as polka dot cuffs and patchwork details. The complete line will launch this month and prices start at around $300. You can preview some of the collection on Marni’s website here.
I am really going through a trouser phase right now, especially some skinny ones. But right now the perfect ones seem to be a bit hard to find. I am into the whole 360 degree aesthetic of a trouser. Many just do the font and it just doesn’t cut it for me. These though, I think, may be the the ones that I have been asking for.
They are the Nudie Khaki Tight Trousers in Deep Soil. They are super skinny and have a trouser style front and back. They come in two washes, the one above and in a light gray. I have been told that these will be coming in black as well come Spring, so I cannot wait for those. I am actually dying for them. They’ll definitely be on my wishlist. Skinny black trousers seem to be a hard one to find. So picturing these in black, I think they’ll be perfect. You can click here to purchase these jeans at FARFETCH for $226.
At first when I first saw these jeans I was a bit unsure of the style. But after seeing them around during Fashion Week, I actually quite like them.
They are the new Isabel Marant Renell jeans that walked the Fall/Winter show back in the summer. They come in black (featured) and white. They have a Native American print on the outseam and the back pockets. I do think they need a cuff or a boot paired with them. They are a great take on the printed jean, something new. We usually see a print allover the jeans, but these are simply placed on the sides. I also find them to be seasonless. So they will look great worn year-round.
