As promised, here is the new information on the Level 99 Sarah jeans. The denim brand designed and named this style after fashion icon Sarah Jessica Parker, as she wore the brand’s distressed boyfriend style several times this winter.
Based off their best selling ‘Relaxed Lily’ cut, Level 99′s Sarah jean has engineered front panels that twist to the center creating the illusion of a long slim leg, while the slightly relaxed cut sits just away from the body for a comfortable, vintage look. The Sarah jean will launch this spring, but unfortunately isn’t available just yet.
I actually really love the twisted seam as boyfriend jeans can definitely make your legs appear shorter, but with the seam the way it is here, it looks like it elongates the legs rather than make them appear shorter. I think the wash and the distressing is really pretty as well, and hopefully I can try these out in the spring when they become available! I’m sure we will get plenty more sightings of Sarah in these jeans again soon as well! She’s already worn them 3 times!
Genetic Denim has released a new and exclusive to Barney’s jean called the Hyde Racer. The jean is now available and is also featured on the Barney’s homepage, which highlights beyond the blue typical denim.
The new Hyde Racer is a skinny white jean with blue and red stripe detailing down the front and sides of the legs to create the illusion of racing stripes. I think they are really cool and the print is definitely effective at making a statement! Buy these online at Barney’s.
I came across these J Brand jeans while browsing through Barney’s earlier this week. I instantly thought, “What a really amazing pair!” when I first saw them. It is a mixture of prints that is very unexpected, but work so fluidly. They start off as polka dots on the top of the jeans and gradually go into a check print.
I found that keeping the print monochromatic makes them very chic and versatile. You can easily pair them with a structured jacket (i.e one of the many from the RTW line) and a white button up with sandals or a grey tank and cuffed at the bottom with flats. Another thing that I find great about these is that they are one of those printed jeans that work well worn either slouchy or skin tight.Which is always a positive. You can click here to purchase these jeans EXCLUSIVELY at Barney’s for $290.
One thing that Current/Elliott is known for is their boyfriend jeans. Another thing they are known for is their leather pants. This season they combined both popular styles and released the Featherweight Boyfriend Leather pants. These come in a charcoal, almost brown shade that suits its name perfectly, Smokey.
The boyfriend style for leather pants has quickly become the favorable new style that brands are picking up. They are a great style when you still want to look put together, which is something that boyfriend denim kind of doesn’t give. So how many of you are interested in trying this new style? Click here to pre-order them at Nordstroms for $658.
