These printed jeans have to be one of the best, if not the best, pair of printed jeans that I have seen anyone design. They are the new Ankle Skinny in Crochet by Current/Elliott. These will keep you on point with the eyelet trend without revealing any skin.
What amazes me about these is the attention to detail. Many prints don’t line up, which I completely understand, so when I clicked on these and saw that everything was aligned, it just took them to a whole new level. What also takes these to a new level is that they have a bit of an embroidered/3D effect to them, but don’t have a heavy handed feel to them. They feel smart and I find them to be very Parisian chic. What are your thoughts on them? You can click here to purchase these jeans from Nordstroms for $228.
Cargo shorts have come a long way from the classic canvas styles by Abercrombie and Hollister. Which I still do find are some of the greatest that I have ever come across because of their sturdiness and classic appeal.
With classic aside, brands like Balmain, G-Star, White Moutaineering as well as others have elevated the piece into styles that are more fun, sometimes sleek and even lightweight. So how many of you are interested in trying a new reinvented style for Spring? You can see my choices from printed styles, interesting details, and some updated classics below.
I was browsing through the Paper Denim & Cloth website and saw the new Caton Leather Pants. I instantly got excited after seeing the details of them. They are a classic skinny style with ankle zippers at the inseam and to differentiate themselves from the others, welt pockets at the back instead of the classic patch style.
Along with the details, the leather looks very supple and smooth which only adds even more luxury to the pants themselves. They are a pair that I am very interested in trying. Click here to purchase these pants from the Paper Denim & Cloth website for $1128.
After a sea of florals by many, a new Spring print has emerged from Paige. Butterflies to be exact. When I first came across them the other day, I just thought they were so cool. It makes me think of one of my favorite artists, Damien Hirst. I wouldn’t doubt that his butterfly pieces were an inspiration for this.
The attention to detail of the print is nothing less than amazing. Everything from the size of the butterflies to the color combination is perfect. I can see celebs like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wearing these with her slouchy Marant boots or Hilary Duff wearing them cuffed with flat sandals. You can click here to purchase these jeans from Nordstroms for $189.
