RE/DONE Levi’s are excited to announce the next highly anticipated denim style within the RE/DONE collection – The Girlfriend Jacket! Retailing for $300-$310, this jacket really gives vintage a new meaning in my opinion. I love the boxy and oversize fit it has, it will go perfectly with denim shorts or their skinny jeans! You can read more about it below and shop it online at their website.
The RE/DONE Girlfriend Jacket is a perfectly cropped jacket from their signature reclaimed vintage denim. After scouring rag houses across the country for rare, beautifully faded men’s jean jackets, RE/DONE found a small supply that they took apart at the seams, cropping the full length of the jacket and its sleeves, and reshaping the shoulder. Say goodbye to the baggy silhouette and off-the-shoulder shape, The Girlfriend Jacket is tailored and modern.
The launch includes a small run of only 50 jackets, available in a variety of blue and black washes, with more quantities being added in the next few weeks. Shot in LA and featuring Stella Maxwell in the campaign, photographer David Mushegain perfectly captures the iconic classic in an updated and refreshing new light.
A new month means some new styles that have caught the attention of us writers. There are so many to choose from, but we selected our ‘Top 5′ for this month and we think you readers will love them just as much as we do. As new styles are always hitting the stores, see the jeans that we are swooning over this month below.
FRAME has always been a brand that was fearful when it came to distressing. They have their Le Color Rips and Nowita washes that have been favorites since they launched a few years back, but when it came to their boyfriend style, Le Garcon, they have mostly kept it minimal.
Well the story has now changed with their new Richmond wash. There is an organic sense to it that I just find amazing. The way the wash plays with the distressing in such a fluid way is something that I always look for in the style because nothing beats a pair of naturally looking worn in jeans. Citizens of Humanity has just introduced the brand new C-of-H SCULPT collection. For over a decade, Citizens of Humanity has been known as the premium denim brand with the softest fabrications and most flattering fits (like the Rocket and Avedon). Now the brand is offering a capsule of its most figure-friendly jeans yet: C-of-H SCULPT.
The capsule collection has just launched with two of the line’s most iconic styles: Fleetwood, a high-rise flare, and Rocket, a high-rise skinny. Both of these jeans are offered in Ozone Rinse, a new wash from the Fall 2015 collection which is a really deep, indigo, which looks almost raw.
The new SCULPT collection launched yesterday on the 15th April, utilizing the most innovative denim technology. C-of-H SCULPT uses a one-of-a-kind lycra weaving technique that has the power to shape and hold unlike anything else. The fabric contours and lifts the body creating a perfect silhouette and long lasting fit that will never stretch out.
The complete collection will be offered in Rocket, Arielle, and Avedon skinny fits, and the Fleetwood and Emanuelle flare fits. This capsule will also be part of Citizens of Humanity Basics range, available from season-to-season as part of the lines most timeless and iconic denim offering. You can see the two brand new SCULPT jeans just below, and you can shop new arrivals by clicking here.
