GunnClothing is an English based denim brand which literally just launched in June 2011. They are planning to have a lot more styles by the end of the year. So far, they have a pair of light blue jeans shorts with contrasting white pockets. They have British style branding with a Union Jack inspired logo on the leather patch at the back and they have British sports inspiration like the polo mallet and an old fashioned riding crop on the patch embroidery.
Each pair of these is in a limited run of 300 shorts so they are pretty exclusive. They are uniquely numbered on the patch at the back. The best part is they only cost £35! You can see from the photos what they look like and how English inspired the brand is from the modeled shots. I do quite like the idea of the contrasting blue and white denim. Naomi Campbell has been announced as the latest designer for the Italian label Fiorucci. Naomi has designed a capsule collection for the brand’s Spring/Summer 2012 collection. It features 15 denim products which have been designed to fit, flatter and enhance a woman’s body. The collection will feature a variety of cuts in 4 different washes.
Naomi commented, “Fiorucci is an iconic brand that I have always admired and wore since I was a child. The brand really embraces the classic style that Italians are renowned for, but also brings an element of sexiness and fun that makes every woman feel good about herself. I am very excited to be collaborating with them on their revival and can’t wait to wear the new jeans collection we’ve created.”
The collection will be called Naomi Campbell for Fiorucci and will launch in addition to tee shirts featuring images of Naomi on a variety of different magazine covers.
