Designer Jean Look Books
Here is the brand new Fall 2010 Look Book from the new brand SOLD Design Lab. I am loving their jeans! They don’t use a zipper so all they use is a button, you just pull the jeans on. They are so stretchy so it’s really easy to do. I can’t wait for more of their styles to come out!
Here is the Fall 2010 Look Book for the gorgeous brand Siwy. How many cute jeans are there in these pics?! I’m really liking the boyfriend skinny, the new distressed washes, the flared bottom jean and the creative zippers and abstract washes. Michelle has done an amazing job with this new collection! Lots of these are now going on my ever growing wish list! What do you think of the new styles? One thing I love about Siwy Look Books is the creativeness of the props, they are always full of flowers, fabric, bows and interesting objects. I think that makes them much more appealing. It’s always nice to add splashes of colour to denim.
Here is a a look at the new Fall 2010 men’s 7 For All Mankind collection. 7 For All Mankind extended its denim “Beyond Indigo” with an array of unique non-blue denim fabrications and innovative dye treatments. Colors range from a rich assortment of earth tones to pops of seasonal colors such as Uniform Blue and Bordeaux. Styles like the Slimmy in Blublak provide a compelling alternative to blue denim while leveraging the traditional 5-pocket silhouette and fit that have made the brand famous.
“Secrets” ranging from the whimsical to the functional transform garments beyond basic. Novelty moves to the inside of the garment with printed pocket bags (vintage typesetter, lumber, and chain graphics) and colored piping. Hidden wire in the lapels of the Military Jacket and Wire Edge Hoodie create dimension and movement. For the fall season, the 7 For All Mankind collection features an elegant, modern aesthetic reflected in its “Cleaner, Sophisticated Washes.” Whiskers and blast intensity are toned down to let the unique characteristics of fabrications stand for themselves. Rich, saturated washes like Blutar, with its resin rinse, black weft, and all-navy thread and hardware, reflect the dressier look that defines both the sportswear and denim assortment.
