Designer Jean Look Books
Like the women’s collection, the Mavi men’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection features a lot of lighter gray and blue washes, in a variety of slim and boot cut styles.
The collection also includes a lot of denim shirts, which we are starting to see more often in men’s styles, but have included both a variety of patterns and washes. Check out the look book below.
Mardou & Dean has also released their new Spring/Summer 2014 collection for the guys. The brand also invented a racing inspired pant, similar to the one for women, but in a yellow tone instead of red. Everything else is pretty classic with natural looking washes and fits. What do you think guys? Do you like it?
Here is the brand new Mardou & Dean Spring/Summer 2014 collection for the ladies. The brand have branched out this coming season and invented new and creative styles, much like the racing/moto inspired pair above. They also have some really cool ombre coloured jeans, shorts with longer pocket bags at the front, black leather pants and some metallic silver skinnies! I’m not leaving out their classic styles though, they have some great classic blue washes! Do you like any of the new styles?
Conceived with the passion for utilitarian and surplus, NLST (pronounced ENLIST) is a new line that has taken the classic aesthetic to new territory by giving it innovative proportions and silhouettes. These are not the average pieces you find at the surplus store, with the use of Japanese fabrics and attention to detail, the pieces are instantly elevated while still feeling authentic.
For their inaugural Spring/Summer 2014 collection, NLST kept the color palette true to the aesthetic with greens, khakis and white. From vests to drop-waist cropped trousers to well tailored oversized outerwear and my favorite piece; the flight suit, the collection is for sure a showstopper. Expect to see the new line hitting stores mid-February at Barneys New York, Shopbop and Ron Herman. Until then you can see all the looks from the new line below.
