Hilary Duff looks mighty upset while taking her dog to the vet in Toluca Lake. She’s wearing her favorite CC Skye earrings and Ugg boots (appropriately named – people still wear those things?). The outfit is not bad, sans the Uggs.

Tara Reid was spotted standing upright and looking sober-ish. The “actress” turned “designer” was wearing one of her self designed shirts from her line Mantra, with Black Orchid boyfriend jeans in Miami recently. Not sure what’s going on with those toes… they look like they are trying to escape the shoes.
