Last year, Hudson announced their plans for Georgia Jagger to appear in their upcoming ad campaigns. It was more than successful, as Georgia was nominated for British model of the year in 2009!

In the newest campaign, Georgia is back and even more risque, posing in a white bra and matching jeans, and topless covered by a denim vest.  As advertising executive and Hudson investor David Lipman explained, ‘It’s all about her genes – literally and figuratively. It’s all about the heritage of having Mick Jagger as a dad and Jerry Hall as a mum. But more than anything, it’s her spirit that captivates me.’

Surely this campaign will be a hit!

Marlee Matlin attends the Best Buddies International’s ‘Bowling For Buddies’ Benefit presented by Audi at Lucky Strikes wearing Hudson Jeans Collin Skinnies. Marlee is a deaf american actress that has been in several films and TV shows. It is no surprise she is at this benefit as she is actively involved with a number of charitable organizations. I just heard about the new Resurrection Collection from Hudson, a collection of one-of-a-kind jeans! I love the concept of the idea and I am interested to see what the others might look like.

Hudson Jeans new capsule collection takes fashion to the next level of luxury by transforming denim into wearable artwork.

These jeans are constructed by Hudson’s head denim designer Ben Taverniti. He used 6 pairs of vintage jeans to create a new design that’s edgy, recycled, and completely unique. Some of the jeans have denim patches on them and others have Hudson flap pockets on the legs as well. I do really like the idea of the pockets on the knees and thighs, that’s a really different, unique look. I personally wouldn’t wear the denim patched jeans as it’s not my style but I know quite a few people who might. Each pair took around 6 hours to create and features other details like zippers, buttons, distressing as well as the famous triangle flap pockets that are distinctly Hudson. These jeans retail at $995 per pair but you’ll never find another pair like them! The Resurrection Collection will be launching in April at 10 exclusive retailers nationwide (i.e. Barney’s NY, Jeffrey’s, etc.)

Elle Macpherson was seen making her way home after dropping her children at a school in London, England this morning. She was wearing a pair of Hudson Skinny Flag jeans in Jagger wash. I have seen these jeans on Shopbop a lot when I am browsing through the denim and I always thought they looked pretty interesting. I really like the way they have a flag showing through the rips. A few months ago, we reported that Hudson was launching a high end, trendier denim collection, The Hudson Collection.

The collection will feature trendy details and accents, divided into four categories. The price point will start at $215 and run to $995(!).

A couple of looks have been released, including on pair of jeans which features zippers up the back, meant to emulate the back seam of hosiery. Another pair is twill style harem pants.

You can check out the entire collection which made its debut at Barney’s New York in LA on Feburary 5th.
