Here is the brand new Miss Sixty Spring 2016 global ad campaign, featuring supermodel Natalia Vodianova. Miss Sixty is re-positioning itself as a luxury denim brand, recently opening a new concept store in Westfield White City with more stores to follow, including Brompton Road. What do you think of this as a new venture for the brand?
They are exploring femininity of denim through trend-led pieces for this new campaign, which was shot in London by a team of top international photographers and stylists. It’s entitled On Road in reference to the retro yet ever evolving nature of denim in the fashion world. Lensed by renowned photographic duo, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the campaign embodies the spirit of Miss Sixty – retro but modern, playful and sexy.
DL1961 has teamed up with Shopbop for their latest Autumn campaign. Shot in the woods and countryside with an outdoorsy feel, they have really captured a carefree nature and mature vibe to the denim and styling.

Fourteen years on from Natalia Vodianova’s first-ever major campaign with Miss Sixty, the Russian model lovingly nicknamed Supernova delivers a dose of sexy runway glamour to the new campaign’s rock-chic narrative.
To help celebrate the occasion, a star-studded campaign team came together. Behind the lens is celebrated photographic duo, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, styling was entrusted to praised and industry-favourite Edward Enniful, Make-up artist to the stars Val Garland lends the campaign her cosmetic charms, while hairdressing impresario Angelo Seminara flexes some serious follicular flair.
Shot in London at Ambleside House, the new campaign features key styles from the Miss Sixty Couture collection together with the main collection pieces that embrace denim mixed with other seasonal materials such as wool. A rock’n’roll inspired aesthetic can be seen through styling element such as leather gloves worn by Miss Vodianova as she leans against a motorcycle in a V-neck denim dress with design details that include 3D printing techniques. The collection also brings together design details including irregular stitching combining leather and coats with moto-military elements to underling the collection’s rock’n’roll leanings.

Inspired by art, the brand continuously explored how to showcase denim’s unique and endless possibilities.
