Drew Barrymore graces the cover of Nylon’s August issue. The August issue of the magazine is dubbed the denim issue, so it was only natural that Drew wore Levi’s on the cover. (also check out DenimBlog’s appearance in last years issue!)
In the magazine, Drew reveals some of her denim shopping habits:
On not buying clothes herself: “I never have time for shopping. I like it… I think? If I ever do go shopping, I hit thrift stores ’cause I know I’ll find new pieces around a job or a shot. I’ve been wearing the same f–king pair of jeans for 10 years.”

Since the skinny cargo pant trend is in full swing, I am going to be reviewing a few of them within the coming weeks. I have already reviewed the J Brand Houlihan cargos and this next review is for the Frankie B. Maury skinny cargo pants in Army Worn.
These cargo pants are so comfy!! They are made from really soft cotton, tencel and lycra. They have a really smooth and stretchy feel to them, all while being really easy to move in and perfect for wearing if you want comfort. They have the classic Frankie B. low rise and the colour is a perfect shade of army green. The thing I love most about these cargo pants is the aesthetics of them, the pockets on the knees are really cute and the back pockets have buttons and zippers on them too. These pants don’t have any ankle zips but not all cargo pants need them, there is so much detail on these cargos that ankle zips are not needed.
They run pretty true to size for Frankie B. as I stayed with my normal size. I really love these cargo pants so much, they do stretch out quite a bit though so I may have wished I had sized down one size. I have worn them twice already and they have got a bit loose in the legs area. These are definitely in my top 3 skinny cargos right now! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to jump on the skinny cargo pants bandwagon and you are wanting a pair with a lot of details on them, these pants have a lot of stitching detail on the legs as well as all of the pockets and zips. They are definitely a cute pair! You can see all of the photos in the gallery below. Buy these pants at Frankie B. for $174.
