This year (and the past few years) I have been an avid Coachella weekend 1er, dedicating my time to basking in the Palm Springs sun while hitting up all the fun parties and events that Coachella has to offer. I absolutely LOVE the festival and if you’ve never made it, I highly recommend it, but lately the mandatory 3 day ticket deal is not so much my cup of tea.
Here is our weekly round up each Sunday to show you what you might have missed on DenimBlog and what’s been hot this week! This includes the most popular celeb outfit, decided by you in our poll on Friday, the most popular celeb outfit based on social media interaction and comments, the popular brand of the week, some links to our best look books and new style posts as well as some mentions of who wore what this week! Hope you enjoy our weekly round up!
Winning celebrity outfit this week:
The celebrities (as it’s a tie this week) winning the poll this week for the best outfit are Olivia Palermo who wore AG Adriano Goldschmied Ankle Leggings in 7 Year Breakdown.
INSIGHT got a couple of the brand ambassadors to document a languid morning-after as they skate to escape from their sharp pains. Skaters Alex Schmidt and Daniel Shimizu were chosen to capture their moments of riding through Los Angeles for a photo diary featuring the new collection.
I am liking that more brands are starting to take a more personal route as a way of promotion. I’m not saying that I don’t love the usual campaigns and look books, but I always find something better about a photo that feels raw and candid. See all the photos from Alex and Daniel’s diary below and click here to purchase this collection from their website.
It’s time to vote for your favorite celeb outfit of the past week. We’ve chosen the 6 best outfits from the past 7 days (Saturday – Friday) and you can vote for which celebrity you think looked the best!
Vote for your favorite outfit in the gallery below. As always, if you hover your mouse over the gallery images you will see a number followed by the name of the celebrity assigned to each image, so you can easily make your choice. Happy voting!
