Earnest Sewn Preview Party Pictures
Here are some photos from the Earnest Sewn preview party that we announced to you a little while ago. It took place on March 22nd at their Meatpacking store in New York. It looks like it was a great event! Guests got to see a sneak peek into the Fall/Winter 2012 collection, as well as getting a performance by the band New Beard and enjoying appetizers from Dos Caminos and cocktails.
Did any of you attend this party? I think the preview of the bright coloured jeans and the candy tie dye ones would have been great to see! I love brights so much! The orange pair looks gorgeous! I think I love bright coloured jeans more when they are together with other colours, it really makes them look effective and so pretty! Like a rainbow of jeans colours!
Earnest Sewn Party In New York
Earnest Sewn are holding a party on March 22nd from 5pm-8pm at 821 Washington Street in their Meatpacking store in New York. There will be a live performance, some food and it should be really fun! You will get a sneak peak of their new Autumn/Winter 2012 collection! All of the details are in the flyer above. If you are in the area make sure you RSVP!

Nudie Jeans Pop-Up Shop heads to Austin at SxSW
Nudie Jeans and indie music purveyors, Death & Taxes, hits Austin next week during SxSW to present ‘East End’ – a 2 day pop-up shop and multi artist showcase in East Austin. The entrance to Cheer Up Charlie’s will be transformed by the installation of a wooden cabana-style shop showcasing the eco-conscious brand.
Opening on March 15–16, 12pm–8pm, the shop will carry a tightly curated range of unisex organic denim and organic tops from the Spring Summer 2012 collection. Commemorating the Austin launch, a limited edition “Keep It Weird” (referring to Austin’s slogan ‘Keep Austin Weird’) printed organic tee-shirt will be free with every denim purchase, or available for purchase at $25. Furthermore, all sales from limited edition tee-shirts will be donated to Austin Music Foundation, a nonprofit organization which supports local musicians with educational resources.
Also present will be iconic amplifier and headphones brand Marshall, with installed listening stations in the shop and exclusive headphones product available for purchase. Artists performing at East End include Dirty Beaches, Caveman, Princeton, Dan Deacon, PAPA, Superhumanoids and more! Complementing the organic product presented by Nudie Jeans, global leaders in water purification, Brita, will be onsite with hydration stations and reusable water bottles, to reduce plastic bottle wastage.
