On Monday 16th September from 7pm, Diesel held their Diesel x The Serpentine Future Contemporaries Party at The Serpentine Gallery in London! They presented a stunning line-up of live acts for the second consecutive year of the Future Contemporaries Party.
This annual fund-raiser for the Gallery’s young patrons was designed by Sou Fujimoto, while Mutya/Keisha/Siobhan topped the bill, in one of their first performances since reforming; with a set list that included Overload, the song that launched their career, plus new single Flatline; which got everyone dancing against the backdrop of Sou Fujimoto’s cloud-like Pavilion. The trio followed an opening set by electronic duo AlunaGeorge. There were DJ sets from Horse Meat Disco, Yasmin Dexter and Hanna Hanra.
Guests Included Amber Le Bon, Clara Paget, The Vaccines, Mollie King, Vanessa White, Foxes, Atlanta de Cadenet, Chelsea Layland, Zebra Katz and more! Nearly all of the guests were wearing Diesel and Diesel Black Gold pieces for the night. Don’t they look great? You can see photos in the gallery below and watch a video of the night above.
Yesterday, on Tuesday 13th August, Diesel hosted the Festival Number 6 event at the Manchester King Street Store. The event had a great turn out and looked like it was a lot of fun, so many people attended!
The night featured DJ sets from Horse Meat Disco and a live set from Dutch Uncles. The event has kicked-off the partnership and adds to the build up of Diesel’s collaboration with the festival taking place on the 13th-15th September 2013. Did any of you Manchester readers attend this event?
