Celebrity Pictures in Designer Jeans
Hilary Duff really seems to love this season’s colored denim trend. She’s worn J Brand’s Bright Royal skinnies and now she’s wearing a pair of Ksubi bright yellow low rise skinny jeans. She paired them with white pumps and a tee, adding splashes of color with her pink Balenciaga bag and red lipstick!
Hilary and husband Mike Comrie will be celebrating their first wedding anniversary this August. Hilary recently returned from spending time in Canada with Mike’s family and tweeted, “Whew! Weekend filled with fun in Edmonton with all of Mike’s fam! Which is mine too now! Kids so freaking cute we want to just take em all home!” I wonder if kids will soon be on the horizon for them? You can buy Ksubi Jeans at Net-A-Porter.com.

Gerard Bulter was seen heading to a local Italian restaurant in LA and stopped to wave at the paparazzi. The previous day, Gerard attended the launch of A Ring to Educate a Child in Haiti, a fundraiser to raise money for schools in Haiti. It’s good to see that even so long after the earthquake, people are still raising money for Haiti.
In my opinion, Gerard is one male celeb that we usually see in a variety of different denim brands. He’s worn Levi’s, Citizens, J Brand and PRPS. This time he wore a pair of his PRPS jeans and a tee shirt.
There is something about this editorial that attracts me. I don’t know what it is specifically. Maybe the grittiness or the apocalyptic feel of it? I know for sure that there is some great denim involved.
In the racy editorial, model Frida Gustavsson wears some studded Chanel denim shorts (check below) and a really cool tie-dye pair from Pudel (above) for Contributor Magazine. Doesn’t Frida in some way resemble Lady GaGa in the photo above? She is such a chameleon and so beautiful. She makes me think of Edie Sedgwick with her features, like the beauty mark on her cheek. I think she is one of the new crop that is not just a pretty face. I can actually see her in a spread like this. You can click here to see the full editorial yourself.
I love that Bleulab has ventured into color with their waxing. We usually only see the black or gray tones, but they have come out with some waxed blues and purples that are really great. You can click here to purchase BleuLab jeans at Singer22.
