Hilary Duff was caught at the Rio de Janeiro Airport in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She wore a pair of the Blank NYC Pull On Bell Bottoms in Twat. I like this look. I think she looks very casual and comfortable. I also like the little touch of the feathers to this look.

They have just one zipper up the back of the left leg and a button strap around the hem of the other.
