Now they have a new, even costlier pair of jeans, priced at € 6500 (VAT included) or (current exchange rate) $8,690 a pair!

Balmain’s Ankh jeans are highlighted by a huge studded Egyptian ankh, the symbol of physical and eternal life, and additional embroidery and rivet-work.The jeans details include patchwork on the right leg, extensive scrunch effects, signature fly closure and the low slung pockets on the rear. Additionally, the jeans flare out and have extra length to completely cover your footwear.

The Balmain Ankh Embellished jeans are available for pre-order, with delivery expected in March 2009, online at luisaviaroma.  We expect Net-A-Porter to carry them as well.
